  2. Children
  3. The fact you are never truly alone
  4. This free course designed to help you
  5. Your parents
  6. Your friends
  7. Your home
  8. Your life
  9. The weather
  10. Your body

Before you go to bed each night, go over in your head the five things you are grateful for. Spend a couple of minutes listing things and being grateful for each of them.

Mix them up each night or stick to the same five. Ensure every night you acknowledge gratitude for the things you have in your life.
