Every day look for at least one opportunity to give – money / time / encouragement / love / etc.
See the world as an extension of yourself. Look for opportunities to buy a big issue and over- pay – let the old lady past you in the queue, stop and let the children cross in front of you. Any chance you have, grab it and do that great deed.
Do this only for the joy of doing it. Do not do it for the fact you may get something back, other than hearing the ripples of where your good deed has reached.
